These terms govern use of valleycards.shop and purchases from Valley Cards. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store.

Products and listings

Products are subject to availability. Valley Cards may correct listing, price, or inventory errors and may cancel and refund an affected order. Product photographs, descriptions, condition, included components, price, and availability should be reviewed before ordering.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Payment is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final total are shown during checkout before payment. Shipping terms are described in the Shipping Policy.

Returns

Return eligibility, condition requirements, the free return-label process, and refund timing are described in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Collectibles and sealed products

Manufacturers control sealed-product packaging, contents, collation, odds, and print quality. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, Valley Cards does not guarantee a particular card, grade, autograph, insert, parallel, serial number, pull result, market value, or resale value.

Third-party grades and marks

A grade shown on a holder is the opinion of the named grading company. Product, manufacturer, league, team, character, and grading-company names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products, not to claim sponsorship.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; interfere with store security or checkout; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person; or submit false identity, payment, or address information.

Third-party services

The store may use Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in store operations, services, or legal requirements. The date above identifies the current version.
