Condition and Authenticity Standards

Valley Cards uses product listings to disclose what is being sold, its condition, and what is included. Review the complete product page and every image before ordering.

New products

A product listed as new is factory-sealed, unused, and unopened. Packaging can have minor manufacturing or shelf wear only when that is disclosed in the listing.

Used products

A product listed as used is visually inspected using the actual listing photographs. The listing should identify visible wear, defects, missing components, or other material condition details. The sale includes only the item and components shown or expressly listed.

Trading cards and graded items

Raw-card condition can be subjective. Photographs and item-specific notes are part of the description. A grade shown on a slab is the opinion of the named third-party grading company; Valley Cards does not issue or guarantee third-party grades or regrading outcomes.

Sealed product contents

Manufacturers control pack and box contents, collation, odds, print quality, and packaging. Unless the product listing expressly says otherwise, Valley Cards does not guarantee a particular card, grade, autograph, insert, parallel, serial number, pull result, or resale value.
