Valley Cards ships orders from Waynesboro, Virginia to addresses within the United States.

Order cutoff and handling

The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Estimated transit is 4-6 business days after handling. The estimated total delivery time is 5-8 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping methods and cost

Available shipping methods, charges, and any free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout before payment. The checkout amount is the controlling shipping charge for the order.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@valleycards.shop promptly if an address needs correction. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Damage, loss, or incorrect items

Contact support promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Keep the item and packaging and include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when relevant.
